Gillian Harrison, LL.B.

Chief Executive Officer

Gillian began serving Whitefox in 2003 as a member of the Management Advisory Council to the board of directors. As the company's ethanol-based technology entered commercialisation, Gillian took on new responsibilities as Legal Counsel and as Head of Central/South American Business Development, where she was instrumental in developing the commercialisation strategy for the ethanol production business. In May 2009, Gillian was appointed CEO of the company.

Gillian is a qualified solicitor in England. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and possesses a good command of French and German. 
 
Prior to joining Whitefox, Gillian served nearly 10 years at global law firm Clifford Chance LLP in London, UK, and São Paulo, Brazil, where she focused on corporate finance, restructuring, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions. She spent a year seconded to the banking team of the Global Loans division of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
