Gillian Harrison, LL.B.

Gillian is a qualified solicitor in England, with nearly 10 years experience at a global law firm in London, UK and Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she focused on corporate finance, restructuring, and cross mergers & acquisitions. She began serving Whitefox in 2003 as a member of the Management Advisory Council to the board of directors. As the company's ethanol-based technology entered commercialisation, Gillian took on new responsibilities as Legal Counsel and as Head of Central/South American Business Development, where she was instrumental in developing the commercialisation strategy for the ethanol production business. In May 2009, Gillian was appointed CEO of the company.

Stephan co-founded Whitefox in 2000. An internationally recognized expert in membrane engineering, development and applications, he is the driving force behind the company's breakthroughs in membrane technology. Trond Heggenhougen, B.Eng., MBA
Qualified as an engineer and with a business degree from Cranfield School of Management, Trond has spent the majority of his career advising management on corporate strategy and business development. Since joining Whitefox in 2005, he has been responsible for strategic planning, business development and fundraising. He has a central role in managing R&D projects and in commercialising Whitefox's membrane-based ethanol applications. He has initiated R&D collaborations with research institutions and engineering partners in Canada, China, Germany and the UK.
