27 JULY 2016, Whitefox presentation at the FEW is well received
LONDON, 27 JULY 2016
Whitefox Technologies presented at the 2016 Fuel Workshop & Expo (FEW) in Millwaukee, US, the world’s largest trade fair for the ethanol sector.
In his presentation, Dr. Stephan Blum, Whitefox’s Chief Technology Officer, focused on the effects of removing water-rich recycle streams with membrane technology to greatly improve biofuel production efficiency. The membrane solution called Whitefox’s ICETM reduces energy usage, lowers water consumption and minimises carbon emissions. Whitefox ICETM could also boost overall plant capacity by 20-25% making this a very attractive solution for producers. During the conference Whitefox had a booth in the expo hall to facilitate enquiries from ethanol producers.
