Whitefox Announces Gillian Harrison as New CEO
London, June 25, 2009: Whitefox Technologies Limited announced today the appointment of Gillian Harrison as director and chief executive officer.
Harrison has served Whitefox since 2003 in a range of management roles, including Legal Counsel and Head of Central/SouthAmerican business development. Prior to joining Whitefox, Harrison served as a Solicitor with Clifford Chance LLP in London, UK, and São Paulo, Brazil, focusing on corporate finance, restructuring, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions.

Harrison succeeds Robert Gunderson, who was director and chief executive officer since the company's formation.
